We trace our roots back to the first group of company, which was created in 1968, whose main functions are production and manufacturing and in the short period has established itself as a premiere exporter of Philippine made household accessories to the United States and Japan. After the EDSA revolution, H&D Group's principal, Mr. Larry Dimagiba ventured into Building Administration and Property Management and built H&D Group's expertise and real time experience in the field of Asset and Property Management and related services. Our distinct advantage of being one of the few Philippine based Property Management service provider supported with formal education from the United States and Asian countries has made us the Property Management service provider and Consultant of choice of the Aboitiz and Company, Union Properties, Inc., Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., FutureWorld Realty and many other buildings and even practitioners in the Building Industry.
